My recent projects!

I have been working on a few projects that I had been wanting to do recently. I have had the materials for a while, but just hadn't gotten around to it! Here is the first one that I did. They are paintings for Justin and I to hang on our bedroom wall, above our bed. There will be a picture in between them, but a friend and I won't be doing those until the 29th.

This is a project that I just made the final decision to do today. I had seen someone who had done something similar on Pinterest, but I had my own idea. This is a letter book I made for Collin. It will eventually have laminated pages and rings on the top. But this gives you a general idea! I did a picture for each sound the letters make. I may have missed some, I think I got them all though! :)  Once they are laminated, Collin will be able to eventually use the lines to practice writing the letters and then erase it and try again. I used the font: Block Letters Tryout from this site. It is supposed to be fairly close to the D'Nealian Font that they teach in schools these days (I think). Hopefully, Collin and I will be able to work on learning some letters using this book. It will be fun regardless.  Now to figure out the laminating thing... :)
