1 Cup Pineapple Juice
...Pineapple Whip<br /><br />1 Cup Sugar<br />1 Cup Pineapple Juice<br />2 Eggs, beaten into the mixture<br />3 Tablespoons Flour<br />Mix the above and bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes<br />Add 2 Tablespoons of Butter<br />Chill<br />Mix in:<br />8 oz. Cool Whip<br />Miniature Marshmallows<br />Sliced Bananas<br />Maraschino Cherries<br />Decorate the top with maraschino cherries.<br /><br />Super yummy! We also always had the classic green bean casserole, real mashed potatoes, yams & marshmellow casserole, homemade rolls. I've really liked Our Best Bites rolls, they always turn out no matter how humid it is here. Still haven't been able to get a pie crust to work down here in the South, but maybe will try one more time this year, sigh. Sounds yummy!
